What We Did
TORI delivered a tailored, global leadership and management development programme that reinforced the company’s values and behaviours and standardised leadership and management across the organisation.
Outcomes & Results
Two core programmes (‘Managing for Success’ and ‘Leading for Success’) were delivered to countries including Brazil, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, London, Paris and Brussels. In total, 1,500 employees at the bank took part in the leadership programmes.
