Martin has held numerous senior positions both in a local capacity, and latterly as Global CIO for two Investment Banks. To complement his strong technical skills, Martin has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the Investment Banking industry.

Martin has very strong leadership and people management skills and has had budgetary responsibility in excess of 700m Euros and responsibility for 2,000+ staff based worldwide.

Martin was CIO at UBS, responsible for re-engineering technology. He was then recruited as Regional Head of Technology for the Americas by ING Barings and after two years became the Global CIO. He later joined Societe Generale as Global CIO and was a member of the Wholesale and Investment Banking Global management committee with overall responsibility focused on global technology.
