Barry Casswell

Barry is an experienced Senior IT Executive (35+ years) in the financial arena, having run various Global IT Infrastructure services at Managing Director level with up to 1000+ resources.

In addition to his proven “Line Management” capability he has developed a reputation at various Financial Institutions throughout his career of being able to drive and deliver against difficult and large strategic projects. Barry works and communicates closely with the relevant Business Stakeholders as well as the necessary IT technical discipline Management to make sure that the delivery truly matches the Service need and meets Regulatory Compliance.

Over the past 10 years Barry has led Digital Transformation Projects in the UK and N. America – specifically Service cost reduction and Support capability improvements driven mainly as a result of Cloud adoption.

He has driven various successful large change agendas and has also run a successful Regulatory Risk and Control function and understands the critical importance of Internal and External Compliance.
