We know from experience that many hands make light work. And a problem shared is a problem halved. So continuing the conversation we started with clients during the TORI Trilogy we have started running client specific Resilience Roundtables. These facilitated, interactive sessions bring together clients – old and new – with TORI practitioners to share, debate, and solve common challenges.
Operational Resilience Roundtables are typically half day or full day workshops. They involve 3-5 people responsible for Operational Resilience from the same financial institution together with 3 Operational Resilience SMEs from TORI. A specific problem / challenge is agreed upfront and the sessions purpose is to provide a roadmap for success.
