Martin is an accomplished knowledge and information manager with a proven track record and more than 10 years’ experience helping organisations resolve their knowledge and information challenges.

Martin runs TORI’s Knowledge Management (KM) function and brings a broad base of experience across Engineering, IT Outsourcing and Financial Services. He has held a variety of roles in Strategic Sales Support, Business Operations and Bid & Proposal teams in a KM capacity.

Knowledge and Intellectual Property (IP) are some of the primary assets of any business and the embedding of these into the organisation is a process that can be optimised through the Knowledge Manager. Martin provides a pragmatic approach to implementing the various KM Practices (people, process, technology & governance): from creating the initial KM framework to rolling out Communities of Practice, team portals, best-practice content management and introducing proposal automation tools.
