Katie is responsible for developing, driving and executing TORI’s marketing strategy and activations.

Katie is also Editor of TORI’s quarterly magazine Perspectives, as well as leading the business’ charity agenda. Prior to joining TORI Katie gained experience in a range of marketing functions at leading warranty company Domestic & General. Katie’s background in Psychology means she is particularly interested in understanding customer relationship marketing at TORI and the wider field of customer behaviour.
