Graham is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in IT and in Investment Banking and Financial Services. He has held European and global Finance Director roles within IT and has worked in multi-disciplined roles across Finance, IT and the business divisions. He is a Founder of TORI Global and a member of the Cabinet Office SME Panel, a CBI Regional Councillor and a member if the CBI SME Panel.
As a Finance Director, Graham has controlled annual IT budgets of up to £350m and has extensive commercial experience within IT and Finance including M&A and major contract negotiations.
Graham has directed and implemented major IT cost transparency initiatives within Investment Banking and has extensive experience of managing IT outsourcing deals from both the supplier and the client side and through all of the outsourcing phases of sourcing strategy, sourcing preparation, supply selection, transition and supply management. He has also directed and implemented major business process transformation within and across IT and Finance, has significant experience of change management and performance improvement programmes, and has managed major IT projects.
