Chris has much consultancy and major programme management experience in commercial IT solutions development and deployment, including in the finance sector, as well as recruitment, training and employee development. He has particular skills in business analysis and solutions architecture, brought innovative ideas to the recruitment process and has been highly successful in business development nationally and internationally.

His IT experience includes the design of ground-breaking applications and the management of major projects both internally and for blue-chip clients. Recruitment campaigns have all been for major organisations mostly on a retained basis including first use of techniques and processes subsequently more widely adopted.

Recent engagements have included a major Data Centre Cost Reduction assignment which resulted in year on year run savings in excess of €30m; provided consultancy and insight to a major Financial Services client in a pre-outsource readiness programme; led a Data Centre review programme for an international Investment Bank aligning future needs to the European business within the context of a global strategy
