Chris is Head of Digital Assurance within the Customer & Client Value proposition, driving the adoption of flexible governance models to safeguard investment in emerging technologies and empower agile IT.
Most recently, Chris worked with a Silicon Valley-based biopharmaceutical company to optimise their architectural governance framework.
Prior to joining TORI, Chris held a series of shared service role on Abu Dhabi's eGovernment programme, implementing transformational change on the flagship CRM programme. He led the implementation of an enterprise CRM platform, the subsequent integration of business intelligence, web chat and mobile, and ultimately managed the outsourced delivery of a UN award-winning Contact Centre with innovative staffing solutions.
Before his spell in the Middle East, he worked for the London Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for transitioning new releases on the mission-critical Trading and Information systems from project development into operations. He also played a key role in the definition and implementation of the post-merger operating model for the LSE and the Borsa Italiana.
With Accenture, Chris held various consulting roles on the development of leading-edge trading platforms before assuming responsibility for a series of core business services at the London Stock Exchange.
Chris holds qualifications in Service Management, Project Management and Contract Management and has a special interest in Service Design.
