Chris is a highly-experienced consultant and holds qualifications in Service Management, Project Management and Contract Management, with a special interest in Service Design. He started his career at Accenture, where he held various consulting roles on the development of leading-edge trading platforms, before assuming responsibility for a series of core business services at the London Stock Exchange (LSE). While at the LSE, he was responsible for transitioning new releases on the mission-critical Trading and Information systems from project development into operations. He also played a key role in the definition and implementation of the post-merger operating model for the LSE and the Borsa Italiana.
He then moved to the Middle East to take up a series of shared service roles on Abu Dhabi's eGovernment programme, implementing transformational change on their flagship CRM programme. He led the implementation of an enterprise CRM platform, the subsequent integration of business intelligence, web chat and mobile, and ultimately managed the outsourced delivery of a UN award-winning Contact Centre with innovative staffing solutions.
Most recently, Chris worked with a Silicon Valley-based biopharmaceutical company to optimise their architectural governance framework.
