Chairman and a founder of TORI, Robin has consulted for PWC (Partner responsible for Change Services), founded his own consulting business (Crane Davies) and been a Managing Director of Penna Consulting. He has held several Non-Executive Directorships (software, business services, financial services and music industry). His prime focus is leadership development and he works internationally in providing coaching, Leadership and Management Development programmes and supporting Board/Executive teams to be more effective in developing and executing strategy.
