Jacques de CockPartner
Jacques is a Founding Partner of TORI. Prior to joining Jacques combined a 15 year consulting career with senior management positions with vendors to the financial services industry. Jacques started his career with McKinsey in The Netherlands where he was responsible for the analysis if the European IT Industry. After his MBA, he founded his own consultancy, Spicer & Oppenheim Consulting in London, with Booz|Allen|Hamilton colleagues which became the first European management consultancy focussing on the Financial Industry. After merging back with Booz|Allen|Hamilton in early 1990’s he became a partner of the company focusing on Investment Banking in London, Paris and New York, before finally becoming a VP with Mercer Management Consulting in London. Most recently Jacques was a Director of the Financial Services Division of ICL (now Fujitsu (UK)), and immediately prior to joining TORI, the CEO of Patsystems, a leader in the provision of trading and Direct Market Access platforms to the derivatives industry.
Jacques has a MBA from the London Business School and a MA in Physics from Oxford University.
