Julian heads up the Project Delivery and Control Practice within TORI. He has over 10 years experience in projects and programmes, during the last 6 years of which he has specialised in setting up, implementing and managing Programme Management Offices (PMOs). Julian has a BA from Berkeley and an MSc in e-commerce from London as well as being PRINCE2 Practitioner certified. He has headed up the Programme Management Office for Europe and North America for HBOS and, most recently, headed up the PMO for a major UK insurance company during their IT outsourcing programme.
