Resourcing

TORI is not a recruitment consultancy and does not maintain a traditional recruitment database. Nonetheless, we regularly receive requests for both contract and permanent resources through our close, and often, senior client relationships.

In addition, our Founding Partners have employed and managed many thousands of staff during their careers, retaining contact with many of those individuals. This extensive Associate bench and network of relationships enables us to source high quality talent from inside the industry, typically at very short notice.

We believe that the combination of our thorough understanding of the business, along with the technical and organisational issues and needs of both our clients and the industry, uniquely positions us to identify and source specialist and senior level candidates for our established clients.

Approach

We provide resourcing solutions, contract and permanent, for personnel at all levels from board – CEO, CTO, CIO – through to requirements for one or more programmers and even full project teams. We can also provide interim management services for short term assignments. Many of our resourcing opportunities are through recommendations and referrals which is testament to our success in placing the right candidates.
