There are tools and techniques designed to assess technical skills, some of which are used by TORI, but such tools are less valuable when measuring the performance, behaviour and motivation of staff. For this, TORI takes a markedly different approach.
The use of psychometric tools has been around for some time now and we at TORI have spent much time in evaluating the most popular ones. A number of TORI Partners are Registered Interpreters in several psychometric tools.
We would tend to carry out psychometric tests at the commencement of a Staff Assessment programme and use the output in determining cultural fit and behaviours. We would follow this up by preparing a customised questionnaire to be used in one-to-one interview sessions with all employees.
TORI Partners with Financial Services experience are joined with qualified Leadership coaches to run these programmes, ensuring that the resulting report back to the client management has a strong business context in addition to the recommendations regarding individual’s morale, behaviours and attitude.
