Best Practice Training

TORI’s approach to the implementation of best practice processes within a Financial Services organisation includes the analysis of the skills and competencies of those IT Infrastructure resources who are/will be responsible for the improvement in performance of that organisation. TORI separates skill from competency on the basis that individuals may have the skills necessary for a particular role but may not be applying those skills in a competent way. TORI is able, with its Alliance Partners, to provide these skills and develop the competency of the key resources.

TORI ensure the following:

  • Resources are appraised for their competence in service management/delivery
  • Resources are appraised of their technical capabilities
  • Training programmes are developed to meet any gaps that exist
  • Awareness programmes are developed to communicate the change to a wider audience within the organisation

TORI works with a number of Alliance Partners to undertake resource profiling and then to provide certificated training and/or awareness education.
