Does a Coalition Government Mean a New Approach to Managing Climate Change?

Both the Conservative and Liberal Democrat election manifestos promised a 'green future' for Britain, committing themselves to action on a range of initiatives including energy efficiency, energy security, green jobs, meeting carbon reduction targets and protecting the environment. With addressing economic challenges a primary concern of the new coalition government, will these green aspirations be achievable?
