Yogi has 25+ years experience working at a senior director level in the Financial Services and Investment Banking sector in New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Russia.

That has included 10 years as a Director of KPMG Consultancy Practices, a top 4 global consultancy practice where his roles included strategy development, programme management, service delivery, account management and business consultancy.

Yogi is an experienced IT Professional with a pro-active delivery and results oriented approach. Particular areas of specialism are Programme Management utilising PRINCE2 methodology, building Shared Service Operations, Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Client Management, Risk Management and Quality Management. Within TORI, Yogi heads the Business Process Improvement Practice. Yogi has working relationships with, and personal contacts within, most of the major offshore organisations and third party suppliers in India.

Yogi’s knowledge of the region and of the Indian culture enables him to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective match for any of our clients who are considering outsourcing offshore. Yogi also manages a recruitment capability in India where TORI are able to recruit and train staff, both contractor and permanent.
