Chairman and a Founder of TORI, Robin has consulted for PWC (Partner responsible for Change Services), founded his own consulting business (Crane Davies) and been a Managing Director of Penna Consulting.

He has held several Non-Executive Directorships (software, business services, financial services and music industry). His prime focus is Leadership Development and works internationally in providing coaching, Leadership and Management Development programmes and supporting Board/Executive teams to be more effective in developing and executing strategy.
